Renee Music
Renee Music is a devoted wife, proud mother of Demi (10) and Cash (7), and an energetic leader in both her career and community.
She works as a licensed insurance agent with Huntington Insurance, where she builds lasting relationships with clients and helps protect what matters most. Known for her approachable nature, Renee always strives to make others feel valued and supported.
Beyond her career, Renee serves as the varsity cheerleading coach at her town’s high school. She loves inspiring young athletes, fostering teamwork, confidence, and school spirit while watching them grow on and off the sidelines.
Family and adventure are central to Renee’s life. Whether camping, enjoying the beaches of Destin, Florida, or exploring national parks out west, she treasures every moment with loved ones. With her boundless energy, genuine care, and passion for connection, Renee leaves a positive impact wherever she goes.
Matthew DeCarlo-Boyd
Matthew is a seasoned event planner with extensive experience designing and executing everything from large-scale corporate events to intimate celebrations. With a strong reputation for creativity and attention to detail, he is also the flavor creator behind unique cupcake designs that add a memorable touch to every occasion. His ability to blend professionalism with fun makes him a trusted partner in bringing any vision to life.
Outside of event planning, Matthew serves as the Learning Operations Manager for a pharmaceutical company, where he oversees training and development initiatives. Always eager to learn and grow, he is also pursuing his second master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, with a passion for supporting and inspiring others.
When not planning events or studying, Matthew enjoys tending to his garden, exploring new creative outlets, and spending quality time with friends. His wide range of interests and dedication to personal connection make him someone who thrives on creating meaningful experiences both professionally and personally. Matthew believes that every event should leave guests with lasting memories—and he takes pride in making that happen.
Allen DeCarlo-Boyd
Allen DeCarlo-Boyd is an award-winning theatre director, educator, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for the performing arts. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, he has dedicated more than two decades to theatre education, directing, and coaching, helping hundreds of students discover their confidence both on stage and in life. He has taught courses in acting, theatre history, choreography, and performance, and is known for his creative productions that challenge and inspire young artists.
Allen’s love for the arts extends far beyond the classroom. He has traveled abroad to study and experience theatre in some of the world’s most influential cultural centers, including London’s West End, Paris, and Ireland. These global experiences continue to shape his artistic vision and enrich the students and communities he works with.
Outside of his professional life, Allen enjoys traveling with his husband Matthew, snuggling his fur babies Darla, Bentley, and Streep, hosting events for family and friends, and cheering on his students as they grow into confident, creative leaders.
